1. The service
Hub Notification (Webhook Radar) receives webhooks from marketplaces and other sources, inspects them and forwards them to destinations you configure (for example an ERP). It is an observability and integration service. We do not run your code, we do not operate your store or ERP, and we do not process payments from your store buyers.
2. Account and team
You sign in with Google. Creating an account also creates your organization (owner role). You can invite admin or member. Owner is not an invite role: each organization is billed to its owner.
If someone invites you to another organization, you see its inboxes according to your role. That does not charge their plan to your account.
3. Trial and billing
The trial lasts 14 days. When it ends there are 5 extra days with forwarding. After that every send is blocked (automatic and manual); the destination is not paused. For 30 more days we still accept webhooks without enqueueing deliveries. Then ingest stops so the database does not fill up. After you pay, forwarding resumes from that moment: accumulated events are not dumped to the ERP. Creating inboxes or destinations requires an active subscription.
Billing goes through a payment processor. Our server never receives the card number, CVV or printed name: only a gateway token, plus display data (brand and last 4).
4. Acceptable use
Use the Hub for your own integrations. Do not send illegal content, do not attack third parties via forwarding, and do not try to bypass limits, authentication or billing.
5. Data in transit
Payloads arriving at your inboxes may include orders, payments and personal data of your customers. You are responsible for having a legal basis to send them and for where they are forwarded.
6. Scope and liability
The Hub does not guarantee that an order is created, invoiced or shipped in your ERP. The marketplace already charged the buyer; we inspect and forward the webhook you configured.
We are not liable for lost sales, stockouts, oversell, marketplace fines, tax, or lost profits of your ecommerce, even if the Hub was down, a destination failed or a mapping was misconfigured.
If we ever owe compensation, the cap is what you paid the Hub in the last 3 months, not your store GMV. You are responsible for URLs, tokens and the destination (ERP).
7. Closing the account
You can delete your account in Settings. That removes events, inboxes and account data. We may also disable accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
If we update these terms, the version date on this page changes. Continued use of the Hub after that date means you accept the current version.
